רקע: חיזוק הקשר בין יהודים ליפן וקירוב לבבות, על-ידי הנגשת רעיונות יהודיים בתרבות והמסורת היפנית.
טקס תה על בסיס תרבותי יפני, בדרך היהדות של הכנסת אורחים ואמירת תודה לבורא על כל מה שברא.
טקס התה היפני מהווה כמעין מחווה של הסברת פנים עבור אורחים והבאת שלום ואחווה.

During the visit of the Japanese Ambassador to Israel, Mr. Koichi Mizushima, in the village of Chabad, a tea ceremony was held in his honor according to the Torah.

Ms. Sarit Egev made Mushi Pan (Japanese bread made by steaming) using only kosher ingredients. The Mushi Pan is made in the image of a beach by a sea to signify the summer which is already knocking on our door. A sweet that combines Japanese and Israeli cuisine.
ユダヤ教では、トーラー（ユダヤ聖伝）に示されたユダヤ人に食べてよいものかどうかのコーシャという基準があり、すべての食べ物はこの基準を満たしているかテストされ、製造が監督されます。
サリットさんはコーシャ食材のみで蒸しパンを作りました。蒸しパンは、海と砂浜の形に作られ、夏の訪れを知らせるしるしで彩られました。日本料理とイスラエル料理を融合させたお菓子です。

In Judaism, there is a blessing before eating; the world, material and nature belong to the Creator of the world. We bless before eating and drinking and thus we ask permission from the Creator to use and enjoy His world.
And the blessing is a reminder, that all eating and drinking should be with intention and purpose, to discover the divine energy in material and thus it is purified.
